Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the Logarum service collects, why, where it is kept, who receives it and how to delete it. By ticking the box when you sign in, you consent to everything described here under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
Who is responsible
The operator of your personal data is Individual entrepreneur TechNest, IIN 050727550030. Questions about your data: logarum.support@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address — to sign you in and to write to you about your account.
- Photos taken by your calculator's camera, the questions sent with them, and the answers. A photo can show other people's names, faces or handwriting — do not photograph what you are not allowed to share.
- Request records: time, model, token counts, cost, errors.
- Payments: top-up amounts, time, status and the payment provider's operation number. Card details are entered in TipTop Pay's payment window and never reach us.
- Paired calculators: device identifier (MAC address), firmware versions, when it was last online.
- API keys you add for your own AI provider accounts — stored encrypted; the website itself cannot decrypt them.
- Consent and security records: which version of this policy you accepted and when; sign-in, key and device events.
We do not store IP addresses or browser details with your requests. Our hosting providers keep their own short-lived technical logs, which do include IP addresses.
Why
To sign you in; to send your photo and question to the AI model you chose and return the answer to your calculator; to show you your history; to keep the service secure and fix failures.
Where it is kept
The primary database and the photos are in Sweden (Supabase, Amazon Web Services), encrypted at rest. An encrypted copy is kept in the Republic of Kazakhstan and updated daily.

A photo and a question go only to the provider of the model selected on your calculator. By accepting this policy you consent to the transfer of your personal data to the countries listed above, including countries that may not ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. Then your data is removed from the primary database and from photo storage at once, and from the backup copy in Kazakhstan within 7 days. Security records remain, without any link to you.
Your rights
You can see your history and paired calculators in the dashboard. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account on the Account page: your data is deleted as described above and your calculators are unpaired. For anything else: logarum.support@gmail.com.
How it is protected
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the operator has access to other people's data. API keys are encrypted with a key held in AWS KMS. If the security of personal data is breached, we notify the authorized body within one business day, as the law requires.
Children
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept this policy for you.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Changes
When this policy changes, its version changes too, and you will be asked to accept the new version before you can use the dashboard or the AI mode of your calculator.
