Terms of service

This is a public offer by Individual entrepreneur TechNest, IIN 050727550030 (“we”) to everyone who uses the Logarum service (“you”). You accept it by ticking the box when you sign in; it applies to your requests in the Logarum mode and to the packs of requests you buy.

1. What we provide

Answers from AI models to the photos and questions sent from a Logarum calculator, in the Logarum mode: we pay the AI providers, and you buy packs of requests from us. The calculator itself is sold separately, under the calculator pre-order offer. In the My keys mode requests are billed to your own accounts at the AI providers, and we charge nothing.

2. Free month

• One per calculator, for its whole life: it belongs to the device, not to the account. It starts by itself with the first request answered in the Logarum mode, or earlier with the button on the Devices page of the dashboard.
• It lasts 30 days or 300 requests, whichever comes first, with up to 50 requests a day.
• It covers the basic models marked on the Pricing page. If a premium model is selected and your pack cannot pay for it, the basic model of the same provider answers, and the first line of the answer says so.

3. Packs and prices

• The service is sold in packs of requests at the prices in tenge on the Pricing page, paid in advance by card or as arranged in a chat. The price of a pack depends on the country that issued the card: only cards of Kazakhstan banks pay the Kazakhstan price; a chat payment costs the same.
• A question takes from your pack as many requests as the Pricing page lists for the selected model. The table in force at the moment of the question applies.
• We may change pack prices and the table. Requests you have already bought stay yours; a new table applies to questions asked after it appears on the Pricing page.

4. When requests are taken

• Only when its answer has been received.
• Not charged: errors of the AI provider, refusals of our service, time-outs on our side.
• Charged: an answer that was received but did not reach your calculator, for example because the connection dropped. It stays in your history in the dashboard.
• We do not judge the quality of answers: a received answer is charged whatever it says.

5. Limits

• Up to 100 paid requests a day per calculator.
• An answer is limited to 16000 tokens, including the model's reasoning.
• We may pause the service, for example when an AI provider is unavailable. Requests the service refuses are not charged.

6. Packs and cancelling the service

• A pack has no expiry date.
• The requests of a pack cannot be moved to another account.
• You can cancel the service as provided by the consumer protection law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Write to us: logarum.support@gmail.com.

7. AI answers

Answers are produced by third-party AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important results yourself. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of answers.

8. What you agree not to do

Use the service to break the law or the rules of the AI providers; photograph what you are not allowed to share; try to get around the limits or use the service at someone else's expense. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid us.

10. Personal data

Processed under the Privacy policy.

11. Law and disputes

The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation first and otherwise in court at the operator's place of registration.
