Payment
How to pay
- Sign in and open Billing in the dashboard.
- Choose a pack and press “Pay by card” — the prices are on the Pricing page. The price depends on the country that issued the card: cards of Kazakhstan banks pay less, their fee is lower.
- The payment provider's window opens. Pay with a Visa or Mastercard card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a code (3-D Secure). This keeps anyone else from paying with your card.
Payments are processed by TipTop Pay and PayLink. Card details are entered in the provider's window and never reach us: we only see the amount, the time and whether the payment went through. The amount is charged in tenge; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.
If your card does not go through — a card of a Russian bank, for example — message us on WhatsApp or Telegram (the buttons are on the same page): we will arrange payment at the same price.
When the requests arrive
- The requests of the pack are added within a few seconds after your bank confirms the payment. The purchase appears under Operations on the Billing page, and we send a confirmation email.
- Each question from your calculator then takes requests from the pack, as listed on the Pricing page.
- If the money was charged but no requests were added within an hour, write to logarum.support@gmail.com with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card.
Keep your payment documents
Keep the confirmation of every payment — the email, the SMS or the bank statement. You will need it if a question about the payment comes up.
Protect your data
- Never give anyone your full card number, the CVV code or codes from your bank's messages. We never ask for them — not by email, not by phone.
- Pay only on logarum.com, in the payment provider's window that opens from the Billing page.
- Do not save card details on a computer other people use.
- If you think someone has paid with your card, call your bank and block the card.
