Public offer: pre-order of the Logarum calculator

1. Subject

1.1. The Seller sells the Buyer a Logarum calculator (a scientific calculator with a built-in camera and a Wi-Fi module; description, photos and specifications at logarum.com/buy) on pre-order: the goods are made in batches and shipped once the batch is made.

1.2. AI services (model answers on the calculator) are not included in the price and are governed by a separate offer — the sections on request packs and the free month.

2. How the contract is made

2.1. The Buyer chooses a country and a CDEK pickup point, enters the recipient's full name, phone and email, and pays for the order. Payment means full acceptance of this offer.

2.2. Orders are accepted only while the batch has free places. If none are left when paying, the payment is not processed.

2.3. The order page shows the estimated shipping date of the batch. The production date is an estimate: if shipping is delayed by more than 30 days, the Seller writes to the Buyer, and the Buyer may cancel the order with a full refund (clause 5.1).

3. Price and payment

3.1. The price of the goods is 64 990 ₸. Delivery is calculated by the CDEK tariff to the chosen point when the order is placed. The total is shown before payment.

3.2. Payment — 100 % when ordering, by bank card through the TipTop Pay or PayLink payment service or another way agreed with the Seller. The Seller neither receives nor stores card data.

3.3. The payment is in tenge. If the card is in another currency, the exchange rate and conversion fee are set by the Buyer's bank.

3.4. The Seller sends the fiscal receipt to the Buyer's email within 2 business days after payment.

3.5. The payment service may decline cards of some banks (including banks of countries under international restrictions); in that case the Buyer may contact the Seller for another way to pay.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery is by CDEK to the chosen pickup point or parcel locker in Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan or Armenia. The CDEK delivery time is an estimate and counts from the day the parcel is handed to CDEK.

4.2. Once the parcel is handed to CDEK, the Seller sends the Buyer the tracking number.

4.3. Pickup is with an identity document or a CDEK code. Check the packaging on pickup; if it is damaged, make a report with the CDEK staff.

4.4. If the parcel is lost or damaged in delivery, the Seller at its own cost sends a new calculator or refunds the full order amount — at the Buyer's choice.

4.5. If the Buyer does not collect the parcel within the CDEK storage period, it returns to the Seller. The Seller refunds the price of the goods minus delivery both ways, or ships again after the new delivery is paid.

4.6. Import into the recipient's country for personal use follows that country's rules; within the EAEU personal parcels need no customs clearance.

5. Cancellation and returns

5.1. Before the parcel is handed to CDEK the Buyer may cancel the order at any time by writing to the Seller — the price of the goods and delivery is refunded in full within 10 days to the same card (crediting time depends on the bank).

5.2. After receipt, goods of proper quality may be returned within 14 days if unused and their appearance, packaging and completeness are preserved. Return shipping is at the Buyer's cost. Money is refunded within 10 days after the Seller receives the goods.

5.3. Goods with a defect — under consumer protection law. The Seller gives no separate warranty.

6. Personal data

Full name, phone, email and pickup point are processed to place, pay for and deliver the order — under the privacy policy. Recipient data is passed to CDEK for delivery.

7. Liability and disputes

7.1. The Seller is not liable for CDEK delivery times and delays caused by customs, decisions of authorities or force majeure, but helps the Buyer resolve them.

7.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation, then under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consumer rights of the Buyer's country that cannot be limited by contract remain.
