A calculator that reads what you point it at.

Inside a Casio fx-991ES case there are two processors: one runs the calculator — keys, screen, arithmetic — and the other wakes up only for an AI request, takes a photo, and sends it on. The second one is off the rest of the time, which is why the battery lasts.

Requests go through our service rather than straight to an AI provider, and that is why there is a history: we are in the request, so we can record it — the photo, the answer and what it cost.

Who pays the provider is your choice. By default we do, and you pay a fixed price per request from your balance; every calculator comes with a free month. If you have your own OpenAI, Google Gemini or DeepSeek account, you can use its key instead, and then we charge nothing.
